Gift voucher questions
How long is it valid?
It never expires: the family can redeem it whenever they like. It only stops working if it is refunded.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from purchase to cancel, as long as it has not been redeemed: write to hola@meapica.shop and we refund you. Once redeemed, the book is made to measure and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
How is it redeemed?
Create the story on meapica.shop, choose the voucher's format and type the code under "Add promotion code" at checkout. The total becomes €0.
Can they choose another format?
The voucher is for the format you choose when buying it. If the recipient wants an extra copy, they pay for it separately.
Is there a shipping cost?
No. Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is included for hardcover and softcover. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla yet.
