What parents ask before ordering

Do I see the book before paying?
Yes. You create their book for free, without signing up, and see the cover with their name, their portrait and the first illustrated scenes of their story. You only pay if you love it.
What if it doesn't look like my child?
You decide how they look: skin, hair colour, hairstyle, eyes, glasses and freckles, and you see their portrait before moving on. If you want to change it in the preview, change their look and we paint the book again with the new character; everything else stays. We print it exactly as you see it.
When does it arrive? Will it arrive for Christmas?
We print it on demand in Europe as soon as you order, and it arrives in 7-10 business days, shipping included. We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (not yet to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla). To have it at home for Christmas Eve, order by 10 December; for Three Kings' Day, by 22 December.

Can I return it?
As a made-to-order book with their name and portrait, it can't be returned, which is why you see the whole book before paying. But if it arrives with any printing defect or gets damaged in transit, we'll send you a new one free of charge. Just write to us within 30 days of receiving it, with a photo of the book and the packaging.
What paper do you use?
We print on 170 g coated silk paper, which renders the illustrations in vivid colour with a soft touch. The binding is glued, like a premium photo album, and the cover is matt-laminated. Choose softcover or hardcover, the sturdiest option.
What size is the book?
The book measures 20×20 cm (8×8 inches), the ideal format for little hands. It has 30 pages with 12 illustrated scenes, a cover, a personalized dedication and a back cover.
